At Khair-ul-Bayan Enterprises, we take pride in delivering 100% pure raw honey, traditional bilona desi ghee, and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil safely and securely to customers across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery rates, timeframes, and transit safety.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

  • Free Nationwide Delivery: We offer 100% Free Shipping across Pakistan on all orders of Rs. 1,500 or above.
  • Standard Delivery: Orders below Rs. 1,500 will incur a flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan.

There are no hidden handling fees or fuel surcharges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are confirmed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Orders placed on Sundays or official national holidays are processed on the next working business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Multan: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
  • Remote Areas & Tehsils: 4 to 6 working days.

Please note that delivery times may slightly vary due to courier logistics schedules, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. You simply pay the delivery rider in cash upon receiving your parcel at your doorstep.

For customers who prefer advance online payments, we also accept Direct Bank Transfer (IBFT), JazzCash, and EasyPaisa upon request.

5. Courier Partners & Order Tracking

We deliver parcels through trusted domestic courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, and PostEx. Once your package is dispatched, we share the tracking details with you via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Glass Packaging & Broken Jar Guarantee

Because pure honey, desi ghee, and olive oil are packaged in glass jars, every parcel is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble cushion and packed in sturdy boxes.

100% Transit Guarantee: If your parcel arrives cracked, broken, or leaking, we take full responsibility. Simply share a clear photo or unboxing video to our WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, and we will send a Free Replacement immediately with zero extra shipping charges.

7. International Inquiries

Khair-ul-Bayan also exports premium honey internationally (including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Hong Kong). For international orders or bulk export inquiries, please contact our export desk directly via WhatsApp.
