1. Business Profile & Licensing

Khair-ul-Bayan Enterprises is an officially registered business in Pakistan engaged in the sourcing, processing, and distribution of 100% pure raw honey, bilona desi ghee, and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. We operate in compliance with food safety standards and hold a certified Food Business License from the Punjab Food Authority (PFA).

2. Product Authenticity & Natural Characteristics

All our products are pure and unadulterated. Because our honey is wild-harvested and raw (unheated and unpasteurized), natural variations in color, taste, thickness, and crystallization occur naturally across different floral seasons and regions. These variations are normal and reflect genuine raw harvesting.

3. Pricing & Order Acceptance

  • All prices listed on our store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard product packaging.
  • Orders are confirmed upon acknowledgment by our dispatch team and booking with our courier partner.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations in remote unserviceable courier zones.

4. Shipping Rates, Free Delivery & COD

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders of Rs. 1,500 or above nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Standard Delivery: Orders below Rs. 1,500 incur a flat delivery charge of Rs. 250.
  • Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Advance payments may be made via Direct Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

5. Transit Guarantee & Damaged Bottles

All items are securely packed in glass jars. In the rare event that a jar arrives cracked or damaged during delivery, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photographic proof. Verified damaged items are replaced immediately at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on our websites—including brand names, logos, product descriptions, photography, and graphic assets—is the intellectual property of Khair-ul-Bayan Enterprises. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the civil courts of Multan, Pakistan.
